Can I request a custom freshie?
Absolutely! We love creating custom freshies. Send us a message with your idea, including the shape, design, colors, and scent you’re looking for. Custom orders are subject to availability and may require additional time.
What scents are available?
We offer a variety of scents, and our available scent selection may change throughout the year. If you’re looking for a specific scent, feel free to message us and we’ll be happy to let you know if we have it available.

How long do freshies last?
Freshie longevity varies depending on temperature, ventilation, and how often your vehicle is exposed to heat and sunlight. Most freshies can provide fragrance for several weeks, though some may last longer.
Are your freshies safe for pets?
Our freshies are intended for use as air fresheners and should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Do not allow pets to chew, lick, or directly contact the freshie.
Do you offer bulk or event orders?
Yes! We’d love to work with you on larger orders, party favors, business orders, team orders, or event favors. Message us with the details and we’ll be happy to discuss options and pricing.

What baked goods do you offer?
We offer a variety of homemade sweet treats, including cookie cakes, brownies, cakes, cupcakes, and other seasonal favorites. Our selection may change, so be sure to check our website and social media for what’s currently available!
Do you take custom baked good orders?
Yes! We’d love to create something special for your celebration. We offer custom orders for birthdays, holidays, parties, showers, and other special occasions. Message us with what you’re looking for, and we’ll discuss availability and pricing.
Do you ship baked goods?
At this time, our baked goods are available for local pickup only. This helps us ensure your treats arrive fresh and in the best condition possible.
What to expect after ordering
How does local pickup work?
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive pickup instructions with the location and any additional details needed. We currently offer local pickup in the Lumberton area.
Do you ship?
Yes! We offer shipping on select products. Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout. Local pickup is also available for customers in the Lumberton area.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 3–7 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Larger orders may require additional time. We’ll provide an estimated completion time when your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
For local pickup orders, we accept Cash App, Venmo, and cash. Payment instructions will be provided when your order is placed.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because many of our products are handmade and/or customized, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Where can I find your Freshie Cart?
Our self-serve Freshie Cart is located on Wheeler Rd in Lumberton, TX and is available daily from 8 AM–8 PM.
The cart is stocked with a variety of freshies, freshie pouches, and room sprays. It’s self-serve, so you can stop by, shop at your convenience, and pay using Cash App, Venmo, or cash.
